Read every answerHow much is shipping?
Free on every order to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. There is no minimum and no surcharge for heavy instruments.
How long will my order take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery is 3–7 business days after the order ships. The largest instruments travel by freight and can take up to 10 business days.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. We email a prepaid label and refund your original payment method. There is no restocking fee.
Will you carry the piano inside?
No. Delivery is to your door or curb and does not include carrying it inside or assembly. Plan to have a second person help with large instruments.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every instrument is new and comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Its length varies by brand and model.
How can I pay?
